Refund Policy

We want you to be confident in your learning experience. If our course content or platform does not meet your expectations, please review the refund terms below.

 

1. Overview

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made on our platform, including monthly subscriptions and the paid 7-day trial.

Refund eligibility depends on the type of purchase, as outlined below.

 

2. Monthly Subscription Purchases (Eligible for Refund)

  • Monthly subscriptions provide ongoing access to the selected course or courses.

  • The initial subscription payment is eligible for a full refund within 14 days of the charge.

  • Refunds for subscription renewals or recurring monthly payments are not available.

  • If you entered through the 7-day paid trial, your subscription begins automatically after the trial ends. The first subscription charge after the trial is refundable within 14 days of the charge.

 

3. 7-Day Paid Trial (Not Eligible for Refund)

  • The paid 7-day trial is non-refundable, regardless of usage, cancellation, or upgrade.

  • If you do not cancel before the end of the trial period, your plan will automatically convert into a monthly subscription and the full subscription fee will be charged.

  • Only that first subscription payment (not the trial fee) may be refunded within 14 days of the charge.

4. How to Request a Refund

To receive a refund for an eligible subscription payment, you must submit your request by email to the Ads Masters Support Team at:

support@ads-masters.com

Please include:

  • Full name

  • Email associated with your account

  • Order number or transaction ID

  • Reason for requesting the refund

Refunds requested through any method other than email will not be processed.

 

5. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

Cancellation prevents future charges but does not qualify you for a refund outside the 14-day window for the initial subscription payment.

 

6. Exceptions (Non-Refundable Cases)

Refunds will not be granted in the following situations:

  • Requests made after the 14-day refund window for the initial subscription charge

  • Refunds for the 7-day paid trial fee

  • Refunds for subscription renewals or recurring monthly charges

  • Refunds requested through any method other than the support email support@ads-masters.com

  • Accounts found in violation of our Terms of Use
